Position: Material Handler

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | On-Site

Shifts Available:

FE Days (Sun, Mon Tue and every other Wed) 7am-7pm | Up to $21/hr

BE Nights (Every other Wed, Thu, Fri, and Sat) 7pm-7am | Up to $20/hr plus a shift differential

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming goods, verifying quantities, and organization of stock
• Sorting and ordering of client orders to agreed timeframes and turnaround times
• Deliver items onsite to clients
• Replenish stock to ensure shelves remain fully stocked and organized
• Conduct routine stock audits and cycle counts to maintain high inventory accuracy
• Utilize a computerized Warehouse Management System (WMS) for daily tasks
• Maintain a proactive mindset toward stock control and warehouse efficiency

• High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
• Dependable, adaptable, and motivated with a strong "can-do" outlook
• Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
• Tech savvy individual with previous experience using software systems like SAP, Microsoft Projects, Teamwork, etc
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
• Flexible and good interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver a high level of customer service
• Forklift driving experience is a plus
